Subject: HRC Austin HQ and other news
We have completed our first round of contacting delegates and
alternates to the Texas State Convention. We will be organizing a training
session for each Senate District, and making at least two more rounds of
calls. On
Friday, June 6, we will be calling the delegates and alternates to make sure
they are at the convention before 11: 00 a.m.
The HRC campaign has re-opened an
office in Austin to support the delegates and alternates at the Texas State
Convention. The address is:

Transportation
and Accommodation e-mail addresses are now working, too. If anyone asks
for help finding transportation or accommodations, please advise them to
send an e-mail to these addresses, with their full name, senate district,
county, precinct, phone number (cell if possible) and the reason for their
inquiry. The addresses are:
There
will be a hospitality suite during the Convention, but I am still waiting for
confirmation.
I
know that many of you are making calls to other states, writing letters to
SuperDs, and organizing events. Thank you for everything you are
