PRESENT THE POSITVES THE MSM AND OPPONENT'S TEAM ARE TRYING TO SKEW INTO NEGATIVES AND THUS DEMORALIZE ALL OUR VOTERS.
THE FAIR AND BALANCED HEADLINES A MEDIA OF INTEGRITY WOULD PRINT:
1. Obama won NC as expected. He was up 20-30% in the polls for ages, and Hillary gained ground which cut Obama's lead to 14% in the last big AA state. Hillary also increased her tally among white males. Also, 80% of the ballots were cast BEFORE the newest Rev. Wright speech at the Press Club. The voters have a right to hear candidates and their surrogates/supporters in order to make informed decisions. Unfortunately, the Republican owned, biased media AND the DNC failed to vet Obama from the very beginning for their own purposes and it has definitely affected vote totals. This is information we all need to know
when considering who can best lead our country and it does speak to judgment, character and veracity. I don't consider it negative to vet a candidate and report the findings. I believe Hillary supporters have been passionate about her AND Obama's backgrounds without resorting to the horrific language and continuing intimidation tactics of BO voters, along with the blanket MSM attacks on Hillary while refusing to give her equal time and positive news.
2. Hillary came from BEHIND to win IN. Both campaigns' internal polls showed Obama winning IN by 7%. Hillary winning by 2% means she gained 9% in a very short time.
3. 25% of IN voters are in the Chicago media market, Obama's home turf. Hillary,
Bill and Chelsea and supporters worked the pavement, Hillary connected even more with the working Americans and was up by 12% before the Obama folks ran $300,000 worth of ads in the heavily populated "Chicago of IN" the final days before the primary.

4. The REAL question is why did Obama LOSE IN, which he called the tie breaker?
He had home field advantage, home media advantage, national biased media advantage, vast sums of money (the origin of which we are questioning more and more), DNC backing by and large, super delegates, especially former presidential hopefuls whose states HIllary won--MA, NM, OK, super delegates and pledged delegates whom Republicans have already started targeting in upcoming congressional elections over the Wright, Ayers, Rezko et al issues, a huge high school/college group who cannot name one single Obama legislative accomplishment or substantive policy proposal and whose cult-like collective demeanor show these immature kids do not have the life experience or judgment to
pick a candidate who can win in November and more importantly, govern in January, and a vast internet blogging community whose unprecedented vitriol, along with in-person verbal assault, has harmed us all.
HIllary won IN in these circumstances. Absolutely amazing! Let's dust off our hearts and march forward with purpose and passion. ACT AS IF. BE PRESIDENTIAL LIKE HILLARY HAS BEEN ALL ALONG.
We must up the ground game. Learn from the BO folks on this and go door to door, block to block, neighborhood to neighborhood, coffee shop to coffee shop in WV and beyond. Get visible every day, every hour. Talking to people one-on-one and holding visibilty rallies works. Be polite yet assertive to any intimidating BO followers and call the police if necessary. Play fair like Hillary and stay on
the high road while asserting our rights as human beings and voters. Plant signs everywhere.
Most importantly now, CALL SUPER DELEGATES AND THE DNC. LIST YOUR REASONS FOR SUPPORTING HILLARY. BE FORCEFUL AND POLITE. SHOW THE NUMBERS OF HILLARY WINNING THE STATES WE MUST CARRY IN THE FALL. Re: Obama--say you have strong reservations about his inexperience, associations and judgement and believe he must gain more experience at the senate level to prove himself and slowly build a resume and a coaltion that we might count on in 8 years.
Champions keep fighting. Hillary is a champion. So are we. Fight on--with vigor!

This primary process has not reached its conclusion. There are several states that will allow for more input into the delegate process and therefore we must concentrate on getting Hillary as many delegates as possible to go into the National Convention in her corner.
Last night was a tough night for many people that worked their hearts off for our candidate. For many people it was their first time at entering the exciting world of supporting a national candidate.
This morning, I moved from the border of Indiana to Louisville Kentucky. I was downhearted over the results of last night and feeling that we faced an uphill battle that perhaps......could not be won. The win we had in Indiana was overshadowed by the sadness we all felt minutes after the polls closed in North Carolina. I know so many of you that have worked so hard for the past months in NC to bring in the state.
By 10 o'clock in the mor ning I had shaken the ill effects of our loss and realized that there was much to do if we were to see this process through to the end. I still remain convinced that Hillary is the best candidate to be our President. I remain convinced that she can be the strongest candidate against the Republicans. I am hopeful that many of the delegates that are already in place will see that also as we go into the convention. I am confident that the vast numbers of remaining "Super Delegates" will also feel she is the better candidate. I am not nor ever will be agreeable to "tearing down any candidate" but I am not sure all of the unknown factors have been considered yet when it comes to "How winnable in November our opponent is" I am convinced that Hillary can and will indeed be the nominee of the Democratic Party for president.
As I said early in this note, I was feeling pretty down when I started out this morning in Kentucky. Then I started, once again k nocking on doors and starting the process of reaching out to the 14,587 Democrats in my area of Kentucky. There was no one home in any of the first 14 houses. We left materials and I knew that these homes would have to be visited again before the primary. Then I found a woman home that had a Obama sign on her lawn (yes I always visit a home that has a sign) It paid off as it usually does.....I felt sorry for her.....clearly she was frustrated as she told me her home was a house divided in that several of her children were supporting Obama yet her and her husband were long term supporters of the Clintons. She talked comfortably and open about how they had respected the long standing support they and other minority families had received from both Hillary and Bill. I thanked her and watched as she pushed her new HRC sign into the lawn next to the one for Obama. Many many more stops.....and again most people not home, and then I ran into a older man *** note*** After meeting many active people in their late 70's and 80's in Nevada and Pennsylvania and other states I no longer consider myself older at 61. He was born in 1919 and the age on my turf sheet said unknown, and he kept thanking me for campaigning for Hillary. He can't wait to go to the polls and cast his vote for her and wished he could join those of us that were going house to house. He believes our country must have a national health system that takes care of all of our citizens.....I stopped feeling bad over our loss and concentrated on today!
She can still win this nomination.....and she can go on to win the election in the fall. She will somehow pick up some of the votes from Michigan and Florida. She will have the vast majority of super delegates....because they want to win in the fall. She will win next week in West Virginia. She will win the following week in Kentucky. She will do fine in Oregon and South Dakota and very well in Puerto Rico. She will go into the convention s hort elected delegates, but with the respect and support of the majority of the people of this great country, I am confident she will get the nomination.
Don't waste a minute with petitions aimed at removing party leaders......don't waste a lot of time trying to figure out "what we could have done different"
Make the calls.....contribute a few dollars if you can....send supplies to the states still setting up Hillary offices, and most of all enjoy a few moments thinking about how wonderful it has been to have supported the best candidate for our kids and the country.
