Details
In Texas, we have a hybrid primary/caucus system. You have to do the "two step" to make sure Hillary wins Texas.
Step one: Vote early or on March 4! Only 3/4 of the delegates are elected in this manner.
Step two: At 7:15 pm on March 4, attend your precinct convention and caucus for Hillary. One fourth of the delegates are selected in this manner.
