The steering committee will meet Thursday 17 April at 7:00pm at the Orlando Public Library on Central Blvd. All members of our organization are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting. The leader of the Tallahassee-based voting rights organization FDR (Florida Deserves Representation) will be in attendence to discuss the steps that will be taken next to secure Florida's place at the 2008 Democratic National Convention. FDR is currently operating across the state, circulating official petitions, and coordinating rallies to send the message that Florida voted and that vote will not be repressed without a fight.
